Up front, ever

Proof, not a pitch deck

We built this because
we needed it ourselves

Our founder runs Dao Artisan Noodle and built its entire merch line personally — uniforms, aprons, hats, to-go bags, shirts. Months of sourcing, minimums, and boxes in a back room, for a side product. NAMGO is the tool we wished existed.

Merch is a channel, not a souvenir

The only marketing
your customer pays for

A shirt is an affiliation purchase — people buy it to signal where they belong. The fan pays for the item, then carries the shop's name through the same few streets the shop trades in, for as long as the thing lasts. Every other channel bills the shop to be seen. This one pays the shop to be seen.

01

The impression is bought, not rented

Ads stop the day the budget does. A tote does not. The shop is paid once and keeps the reach afterwards, which is the opposite of how every other channel is priced.

02

It reaches the right few streets

A cap worn twice a week is hundreds of impressions a year, in the exact neighbourhood the shop already serves, on a person the neighbourhood already trusts. No ad account buys that placement.

03

Inventory is why nobody runs it

Minimums, cash up front, and a back room of the sizes nobody wanted. That toll is why most shops never open the channel at all. Take the inventory away and it opens to any of them.

Run it with your own numbers

What could your shop earn?

These sliders run the same funnel model we use to forecast every launch. Every assumption is printed under the result — nothing here is a guarantee.

3,000

Real engagement, not purchased followers.

200

Rough daily customer count. It doesn't need to be exact.

Storefront · 15% of retail

Storefront pays 15% of retail and costs nothing. Platform pays the first $200 of merch in full, then 25%, against a $199 monthly fee.

Assumptions, all labeled: counter QR converts ~1.5% of monthly foot traffic into storefront visits; Instagram drives ~1% of followers as clicks per month; visits convert to orders at 5% (warm affinity traffic, vs. 1.4–2.7% typical ecommerce); AOV fixed at $38. Planning estimates from our funnel model — actuals get measured from day one and will move this number.

Three tiers, one operation

What it costs the shop

Every tier runs on the same manufacturing and fulfillment. What changes is how much of the shop's digital presence we own, and how the shop gets paid.

Questions owners actually ask

What does this cost me?

Nothing up front. We cover design, manufacturing, storefront hosting, and shipping. You earn a royalty on what sells — if nothing sells, it costs you nothing.

What if I don't like the designs?

You get two free revision rounds on every design. Nothing reaches your storefront without your approval, and every design passes a human QA and IP check before it reaches you.

How long until my fans get their order?

Most items — stickers, pins, mugs, basic apparel — ship from a US partner in 3–6 days. A smaller set of specialty items runs through our overseas line at 18–25 days. That's shown as a date on the product page before checkout, never as a surprise after.

Am I locked into anything?

No contract lock-in. Pause or end the license whenever you want; we handle any orders already in flight.

Vendor side

NAMGO vs. Printful

Printful is a supplier. It sells fulfillment to someone who has already decided to sell merch, built the store, made the designs and found the buyers. That is the work. NAMGO does that work.

Printful
NAMGO
What it is
A print-on-demand fulfillment API. A supplier.
The inventory layer, and the storefront on top of it. We design it, make it, ship it, and handle the customer.
Cost to the shop
Free tier; Growth at $24.99 a month.
$0 on Storefront. $199 on Platform, which includes the website.
Per unit
Blanks run $9–29 a tee, paid per order by the shop.
Nothing. NAMGO is merchant of record and carries production and freight.
Who designs the product
The shop, or whoever it hires.
NAMGO. Logo in, full product line out, human QA before it ships.
Who picks what to sell
The shop, from a generic blank catalog.
NAMGO, by category — a beer mug for the bar, a cone magnet for the creamery.
Who builds the storefront
The shop.
Included. namgo.co/shopname, live in 72 hours.
Who drives the traffic
The shop.
Counter QR, the shop's social, our marketplace pages and SEO.
Who carries the risk
The shop fronts cash on every order.
NAMGO. If nothing sells, the shop is out the cost of a counter card.
What the shop earns
Whatever is left after blanks, fees and its own time.
15% of retail on Storefront. First $200 a month in full, then 25%, on Platform.

Printful, Printify and every printer like them sell a tool or a batch. None of them designs the product, drives the traffic, or carries the inventory risk. NAMGO does all three — and on Platform runs the shop's site as well — which is why the shop's cost is zero.

Technology side

NAMGO vs. Clover

Clover sells the register, and its website product is sold on top of that commitment. The shops we serve already have a register they like. What they do not have is a way to sell the shirt their regulars keep asking for.

Clover / BentoBox
NAMGO
What it is
A POS and payments system (Fiserv). Its website product, BentoBox, is sold to Clover POS customers.
Two products on one operation: a merch line the shop earns on, and the site and storefront it runs on.
Pricing
BentoBox pricing is not published — quote only.
Published. $0 Storefront, $199 a month Platform, custom retainer for Partner.
What adopting it costs
Taking the website means replacing the register.
Nothing to replace. It sits alongside whatever POS the shop already runs.
What it sells
Software. A register, and a website sold on top of it.
Both halves: merch the shop earns on, and the digital presence that carries it — storefront, site, dashboard, design studio.
Who owns the domain
The shop's site lives inside the vendor's template system.
The shop's own domain on Platform, built and maintained by NAMGO.
Direction of money
The shop pays for software every month.
The shop gets paid on every sale, and the merch can pay for the website.
Design service
Templates.
Logo upload, AI generation across the product line, unlimited revisions on Platform.

BentoBox, Owner.com, Popmenu, Toast and Square Online all sell the same thing: a website, billed monthly, forever. NAMGO sells the website too — and the merch that pays for it. Everyone else's storefront costs the shop money. Ours earns it.
